Leave Calendar Settings

Leave Calendar can be assigned to a group. Permissions can then be used to configure accordingly the Leave calendar as required.

  1. After logging into the Subscribe-HR portal, navigate to the Maintenance TAB.
  2. Select the Groups Folder and select the group you want to assign leave calendar permission.
  3. Under the Permission go to tools section.
  4. Ticking on access allows the user to access the leave calendar. Ticking on All Employees allows the group to access Leave planner for all the employees.
  5. Leave planner can be enabled according to the group filtering as well. In this case the Leave planner will be loaded for the group according to the filter applied over the group.
